Prerequisites & Registration

Minimum age: 18.
Complete EFR Primary and Secondary Care (or recognized equivalents) within the past 24 months.
Scuba certification is not a prerequisite.
Provide a digital ID photo (or upload it in the PADI App).

Course Structure

Knowledge Development (Theory)

EFR instructional standards, lesson preparation, teaching and assessment.

Emergency Care Teaching Practice (Classroom)

Demonstrate and practise teaching CPR, AED and first aid in a classroom; no pool or ocean component.
